TRAVELLING around MADRID Madrid’s airport is Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas International Airport. It has an Information Office, for any query that the delegates might have at their arrival. To get downtown Madrid from the Barajas international airport you can choose between three options: Taxi: The travel is about 30 minutes and costs 30€. Taxis are white with a red stripe, and all use taximeter. NOTE: Not all taxis admit credit cards. Metro: Take the Metro destination to “Alonso Martinez” station. The travel is about 40min. From the airport take “line 8” direction to “Nuevos Ministerios” and when you arrive to this station take “line 10” direction to “Puerta del Sur”. “Gregorio Marañon” is the next stop. The hotel is just there. Business hours are from 6:00 am to 1:30 am working days and holidays all through the year. September is very close, and we are making a lot of tests, so we can choose activities that are really interesting. Some of them depend on the number of participants, however, and we can't pick them until we have an approximate number of people. We are working, for now, with last year's data. The same thing happens when it comes to restaurants. We want to let you know we have already chosen the salon of the Hotel Miguel Ángel, where we will have our welcome dinner. It is the recommended hotel,  you will stay in, and have fun because of the Spa and the Swiming pool. Indeed, we have selected the restaurant for the Gal Dinner. Oh, it would also be wonderful if you could let us know any problems when it comes to food (vegetarians, vegans, food allergies...) or mobility (injuries and such) so we can plan accordingly.
